RoboRIO damaged

We have two RoboRIO's that are having difficulty.  The first one is quite easy to diagnose, as it has damage to the PCB that looks like a round circle you might expect if an enthusiastic student screwed in a mounting screw so hard that it went right into the PCB and ripped off one of the little resistors.  (You probably actually know which one)

In any case, I think diagnosing this is fairly easy.

We have another one that has a fault on the 5V rail.  Also, CAN bus was not available. No amount of checking for aluminum shavings and cleaning has rectified this process, but disabling the 5V rail and hitting the reset button brought the CAN bus back for a while, but it is out again.  This might be more difficult to diagnose

Both likely need to be sent in for an expert to diagnose.
