RoboRio 1.0 IP Issue, RMA Recomended

HI NI!  Oscar Fonseca (NI) walked us through a couple steps for debugging a roborio that is having issues getting the correct IP address over USB printer cable. The device has been wiped, factory reset, and put in recovery multiple times, and still has the same issues. Attached is the chat log from the FRC FTA slack channel! (Zach and Lewis are Mentors on the team and have been diagnosing the device).
