Hi we bought a brand new RoboRio 2 at the start of the 2024 season, and it was working great for us, but unfortunately in our last competition (ISR #3) that happend just last week, our RoboRio spontaneously had a Power Fault mid competition. That was very unfortunate and since we couldn't get a diffrent RobobRio we went on and lost the next two Playoff matches and lost the competition, we Tried to open up the Roborio and clean it from the inside as well as disconnecting all the sensors and other things connected to it, and none of these helped.. we would very much like to fix this problem and get some technical support if possible.

This is Diego from NI.
To assist you, could you please confirm that you remove the screws on the back and the two screws at the port and then followed these steps?
1. Turn the roboRIO upside down and shake it vigorously.
2. Vacuuming out the ports on the roboRIO.
3. Check with a flashlight for material making contact in the port pinouts.

Hi! Sorry for the delay we were quite busy with the DCMP.
Anyway we did all the things you mentiond, in addition we were recommended to clean the insides of the Roborio with alcohol wipes, and unfortunately none of these things helped, we checked multiple times and can't see any strange aluminum pieces on the insides.
Unfortunately the Power Fault still persists, we would very much appreciate if there is anything else we could try to get our roborio functioal again as we need it for various Team events,
or even if we can send it back to you guys to get it fixed.
