Hello, We have two Roborios and both are dead. We are unable to discover the rio to reformat (over USB) or deploy (wifi or USB). I submitted a case and spoke to the helpdesk, and the helpdesk agent recommended me to this forum for the next steps. We tried all troubleshooting recommendations. We have just one working Rio for the season. Thanks for all the help in advance.

I'm Matthew with NI.
Are these original roboRIO's (show's a National Instruments and a LabVIEW logos), or the roboRIO V2's (shows an "NI" logo and says roboRIO V2 on it)?

Can you try to factory-reset the devices? https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000kOHkCAM&l=en-US
Since it can be difficult to find a USB drive that works with this process, focus on one of the roboRio's till you have a successful image, then try use the same USB drive on the other one
