Hello,
I have two broken roboRIOs that I'd like help with.
The first is easy: It's a V2.0 and the CAN connector is broken beyond repair. I need to send it in for repair. How should I do this?
Second: I have a V1.0 that has ethernet connectivity problems. We ran into connectivity problems multiple times during multiple matches, and when we switched to another RIO those problems stopped. This is potentially a faulty connector, but could also be something in software/firmware. What steps can I take to diagnose the actual problem and resolve it?
