I have 8 NI USRP 2944R with only one SFP 1 Gigabit Ethernet Interface Kit https://www.ettus.com/product/details/1GIGE-KIT and i have many 10 Gigabit Ethernet Cables SFP+ https://www.ettus.com/product/details/10GIGE-1M and i want to interface all USRP Nodes to one PC Host , is it possible to use one node interfaced to the PC using the 1G Eth Kit over USRP port SFP 0 and cascade the other nodes using 10 Gigabit SFP+ Cable through SFP 1(as i don't have PC SFP+ 10 G interface card ) , is it valid and if yes what is exactly the needed topology to complete such setup ?
You won't be able to cascade the USRPs because they don't have the ability to route the network traffic from one USRP to another. I suggest getting a network switch for your USRPs.
