I have an input channel in VS with memory address displayed in hex, and it's mapped to a "Medium" numeric control in workspace.
I wanted to display the numeric control in WS in hex as well, but seemed it can only display the characters "acdefAEF". What happens to the characters "bBCD"?
Thanks.

Hi MileP,
Thanks for reporting this issue. It has been filed as CAR# 180323. VeriStand R&D are working to resolve this issue in future versions of VeriStand.
Thanks,

Would you please send us a patch or something once the issue is resolved? Our company purchased VeriStand 2010 recently and the hex display will be very helpful.
Thank you.

Hi MileP,
You can use the CAR number referenced above to periodically check on the status of the fix. However, if you are in need of a Hex workspace control or indicator now, you could build your own. Here are some resources to get you started:

Where do I enter the CAR number to find the patch?

Hello There,
As of now, we currently do not offer the service of linking/searching CARs with patch releases to the public. However, the best way of identifying if a CAR has been resolved is to view the known issues page of VeriStand 2010 and future releases, and reviewing the VeriStand patch details pages:

Hello There,
Also, you can contact National Instruments Support with the CAR number and we can provide you with a more detailed update regarding the resolution/progress of the CAR. Take care.
