The mass storage device driver fails to install cannot see Virtualbench in list

The mass storage device drive for the virtualbench fails to install on Windows 7 the device does not show up as a computer drive.

Are mass storage devices or any other USB devices disabled by any sort of enterprise-wide Group Policy?

How does the VirtualBench appear in Device Manager? (Control Panel → System → Device Manager)

Could you send us %SystemRoot%\inf\setupapi.dev.log? (by default, %SystemRoot% is c:\windows, so this would be c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log)
