I found only examples of pseudo-code programs (about register-level programming of DAQ MIO 16E-4), but not examples of C code. Can you help me, please? Where can I find this material (eventually even only documentation) ?

Well, as you may have noticed, Register-level programming is much more difficult than using NI-DAQ, and it should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. But, if by any reason you need to use this type of programming, I would advise you to visit the following link:
