Dear all,
I have a DAQPad 6015 for USB and I have to measure a torque signal
through an analog input and an encoder through a edge count on a
counter.
The problem is that both tasks have to be syncronized because I need to plot an XY graph (angle-torque).
I readed that I can use an external signal connected in the Gate
terminal as a sample clock for both tasks (use the associated PFI line
as a trigger).
The question is if I can use the same signal of the encoder also
connected to the Gate terminal because I haven't any other external
trigger that can be used.
If it is possible, I would know if there is any limit about this
trigger frequency, because sometimes the "Data was overwritten before
it could be read by the system" error appears.
If there is any other solution to my acquisition application, please explain it to me.
