Hi Mpetrie:

I have recovered your 2 tdms files in the attachments.

The problem you faced is an old issue and we have fixed it. Please get the latest TDMS installer from http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/9995 .

Thank you for the assistance.  I will install the new plugin, and work with a few other files that got corrupted.

Thank you.

Mike

I have two additional files at the moment that are also giving me the same error.  After installing the standalone plugin is there a specific thing I should do in Diadem or Labview to get access to the file data.  I tried to load it from both Labview via the Read Measurment SubVI and also register the data into Diadem, but both processes gave me an error.

I also noticed that the Diadem Navigator Window does not appear to recognize the file as a TDMS file, as the file ICON is representative of a TXT file not a TDMS file.  I have attached both the files and a picture of the icon difference.

If the ultimate solution is to upgrade to the recent versions of the software, let me know.  I can then see if there is space in the budget to acquire the new software package.

Thanks,

Mike

Can you upload the file? I created a Labview application based on the information they provided me before to find the binary file error and correct it. I could post my labview application, but it may not make sense how to use it for someone else.

Have you looked into using something like DropBox or a similar file sharing service?
