Hardware Problem with PCI 51222

Hi,

I was using my PCI 5122 and suddenly the card did not work anymore and showed me the following error:

Error:  -239022 occurred:
Internal Hardware Error occurred in MIG hardware. Please contact National Instruments Support.

Status Code: -239022

I already restarted the computer, but it still does not work. Next, I tried the card in a different slot, still the same error. Lastly, I updated the NI-Scope software to it's latest version 4.0, still the same error. 

This already happened twice with our PCI 5122 card. I hope this issue can be fixed soon.
