Hi Shansen,
Did you get the update from this page? How are you unzipping the .zip file? I was able to download the update from that page and unzip it using the Windows built-in unzipping functionality. It only prompted me for one password. If you are using something else to unzip the file, please try using the Windows built-in unzipper. To use the Windows built-in unzipper, just double-click the .zip file, select "Extract all files" from the left pane, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Let me know how this goes! Thanks!

Aaron,
I moved the zip file up to the desktop and it unzipped ok from there.
Could it be the file path was to long?
Thanks

Hello Scott,
I am not sure if you were the same person that called in on this issue or not.
Apparently this issue is related how far "nested" the zip file is. I believe that we were able to determine if the file is located in a folder that is 8 folders deep you will see this error. We were able to replicate the issue on our end and have document it to R&D. I do believe that this is a Windows limitation judging from online research so it may not be something that we will be able to change on our end.
The workaround here is to do exactly as you described, move the zip file to a folder that is not nested deep within other folders.
I hope this helps! Have a great day!
Thanks!
