So I'm not sure how repeatable the pieces of message disappearing with the macro button truly is.
But the quote button issue seems repeatable.
After further investigation, the disappearing messages appears to be an intermittent issue that we can't consistently reproduce even with the quote button. But, we have been able to reproduce it at least once so we are working on the issue. If you have seen any other workflows that consistently produced this behavior please let us know.
In regards to the CTRL+click problem, we have identified the problem and are working with the necessary teams on a resolution. There is not a clear timeline for releasing the fix, but the issue is currently being worked on we should have a better idea of the release timeline in the near future.
