Elapsed timer losing time?

My simple elapsed timer is working fine. But when I incorporate that in my application, the elapsed timer is losing 10 second out of every minute. Anyone know What's going on. Any help appreciated.

Are you running this application embedded on a FieldPoint Controller ?

If you are let me know which controller you have there... If you are just running on a windows machine you should considerer posting this question under the LabVIEW category.
