FieldPoint Explorer Questions

In one of our racks, we have a FP-1600. When I browse to it using FieldPoint Exlporer, all of the channels on all of the modules are receiving a "The addressed module does not exist" message. I can ping the FP-1600 without any problems. Is it possible that the FP-1600 needs to be replaced with an FP-1601? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try resetting the FP-1600? To do this switch the reset dip switch, power cycle, unswitch the reset dip switch, and then power cycle again. Also check for bent pins on the terminal base between the FP-1600 and the rest of the I/O modules. What version of NI FieldPoint are you using?
