Using Ethernet connection to communicate using NI-VISA to Tektronix TDS3014B and TDS3034B oscilloscopes. Cannot read data from scope.
See attached for configuration and Test panel dialogs. Was working previously.(Unsure which version was working).

So what NI products are you using? GPIB cable? Have you downloaded correct drivers for these equipments from our website? Available at the following links.

Also make sure you go to start>> type "administrative tools" in search>>Services>>Make sure NI-Device Loader and NI-Configuration Manager are "Started" and "Automatic".

Use PXI GPIB Card PXI-6221.
Installed all drivers and software as advised. Checked NI-loader and Configuration Manager. All OK.
Had our IT guys take a look at my Windows settings. Can it be that an update from them could cause this problem. Two updates in question: winhttp.dll
and httpapi.dll. Not sure what they do.

You mentioned that this was working before in a previous version. Are you referring to a version of NI-VISA?

Yes it is NI-VISA. I did install the older version from 2012 and the error is still there.
