Error number 3 has occurred in Managed Images are of the software

I am receiving this error 3 on only one computer and with only one user, Have already reloaded Visa and NIDAQ830 TRE4, NI-IMAQ 3.7 and Visa3.2.0 using PCI 1424 and PCI 6024E boards. All the user profiles are set to full access. The error message indicates ZE-FORM: Zip file structure is invalid. Again this does not happen with administrator permissions but only with lover level permissions.

I was wondering what you are doing when you see this error occur? Also what OS are you using? Could you also post a screen shot of the error that you are getting?

Hi Adam,

We are in the process of saving an image file from a camera for processing.  The OS is Windows XP SP3. After looking into this a little further, it may be a Dynazip corruption issue.

Unable ot send screen shots but I can give you the error statements:

This error can be traced back as follows:

* Add file to zip archive.vi

* Insert file from disk.vi

ZE_FORM: Zip file structure invalid

Is this a VI  issue or a Zip file issue?

Hello,

This sounds like an issue with the privileges you have on your zip folder since it works when you have admin privileges. I would take a look at changing those and see what happens.
