You are making less sense. The class should NOT be USB RAW. If you correctly installed the converter software and VISA it should be a Windows com port. USB RAW implies you used the VISA Wizard and that is just the wrong thing to do.

Why would you do that? That tutorial is meant to be used when you don't have a driver for the usb device and when you have complete information from the vendor on the RAW protocol. You will never get the modbus library to work by using RAW. You've broken everything. Undo everything you did and install the Windows driver for the converter that came with it. Don't post back until you have a com port in device manager and in MAX so that you can start from the correct place.

Use a system restore point or delete the inf and pnf files that were created by the wizard.

I connect the usb port and I l  have a com port in device manager and in MAX

now when I run the interface the fonction MB serial master query read holding register have a error in and error out 

plz check the pic bellow

You don't show the init function but you can clear the error in by simply clicking on the Boolean checkmark to see if it goes away.
