You've got a constant of 2147483647 for the wait. If my math is correct, that's 24 hours between updates in the VI and 24 hours before the stop button will work.Smiley Very Happy

so? I don't want the process to stop... I want to display the mouse movement... I don;t want to have to constantly press START to find out the time and date or the axis...I want, while processing, to be able to see these things!

Hey!

I've created a HTML and tried to make the front panel of the project work in there...but it just tells me to instal Run-Time front panel...bla bla! I've installed that run-time version 511 from the NI website and still nothing...I've looked into tutorials and allthey said is that it should work if it's installed...but...???

Do you have any ideea about this stuff?

Runtime version 511? Why did you install that? The version of the runtime must match the version of LabVIEW that you develop with and I'm sure you are not using version 5.1.1 for development.

yeah fund the 8.0 for my labview... but stil... and now I found a tutorial h**p://w*w.facstaff.bucknell.edu/mastascu/eLessonsHTML/LabVIEW/LabVIEW08RemoteViewing.htm done all those things already and still doesn't work!

The tutorial says

Figure 3
Dialog box showing the URL of the website
  • Then click Start Web Server in the Web Publishing Tool Dialog Box and then click Done.
  • Run your program.

but MY START WEB SERVER button is inactive...after I press OK in that panel that I posted it just closes...and still if I open the saved html I don't see any panel... If I reenter tools-web publishing tool the f****g button is still inactive! labview is far to complicated for simple tasks... I mean...Protheus is so:X...

Anyway! If you'll figure this out I'll give you a Heineken! 😄 4 real!

Not sure why you used that tutorial instead of the one that's in the LabVIEW help but in any case, did you enable the web server in Tools>Options>Web Server:Configuration?
