Here is my running for the AT24C02 chip program results, in the front panel the Read Data does not display the results? Always gray state.

I observed with the oscilloscope on the signal waveform SCL and SDA. This two signal lines up-pulled 10K resistor. No run-time waveform created?

Hi, read and write on the AT24C02 chip finally succeeded! Chip address only low 7bits effective. Do not add read and write bits.
