Duplicate case "Before/After" in a case structure

Simple & Self Explanatory - "Duplicate case Before/After" options just like Add Case. Saves mouse clicks & effort to first "Duplicate case" and then do "Rearrange cases".

Speaking as R&D: Totally viable idea and if it got kudos, we could do it.

Speaking as a LV user on my own: I wouldn't want it. It is one more item in a long pop up menu. The extra mouse click to flick back to the previous case in those times when I want that is far superior to lengthening this menu and making other items that much harder to find. And, no, I wouldn't want this turned into a pull-right -- that's an extra mouse gesture on *every* duplicate, not just on the ones where I want to modify the previous copy.

Don't forget the Ctrl-Shift-Enter trick to duplicate a case while typing in the case selector. I can't remember the last time I used the "Duplicate Case" right-click menu option since I learned about the keyboard shortcut.

If I wanted to "Duplicate Before", I reckon I'd Ctrl-C the current case name, Ctrl-Shift-Enter, Ctrl-V the new name, Ctrl-Scroll Wheel my mouse to the previous case, and name it something new.
