Why is that you need a Tab in your UI? You told earlier that it is a sequence of automated test cases, which means nothing will(should) be operable on the Tab, by the user. So, why dont you provide a Table indicator similar to the one in TestStand for the user to see the results of each & every test case as & when it gets over?

Can you please explain your idea behind this thing?

If the user wants to see the different test result after completion then he can use the tabs.
