Sorry, I did not see them,  they were buried in a list that looked like they were all VI's.

Okay.  So you have an Excel file with a 2-D table of 0's and 1's.  You have a text file with a 2-D table of mostly 0's, and a single 1.

You still haven't described what your problem is and what you mean by "process", "compare", or "combine".
