Here is LV 8.6.  It calls for a subVI that you didn't include.  So you will need to relink the VI to that, and possibly have that downconverted if you don't have it in LV8.6 already.

WARNING: As with the other conversion, you may need to go into each VI that calls the DLL and fix the Call Library Function Node in regards to the path that's used for the DLL. If the DLL is in the C:\Windows\system32 directory, then only the name of the DLL should be in the Call Library Function Node's path specification.
