You are missing several sub-vi's in Sealing.
Also a note about both VI's. There is a better way to write Mean.
Sealing may be very prone to race conditions. I did not go into the code in details, but all those loops and Local Variables form a bad mix.
Here they are in LV8.0 in their original form.

Here it is in LV8.6
A recommendation is to put a while loop around the Bytes at Serial Port and Serial port read. That is to make sure that you read everything in the port. It has a static delay of 1 sec which is poor coding practice..

To learn more about LabVIEW, I suggest you try looking at some of these tutorials.
