Try another uninstall/reinstall, but be sure to uninstall the realtime module first (if installed) before uninstalling LabVIEW. If that does not take care of the problem, then this is definitely a corruption issue, so please send in an email support request at this
link. I'll pick up the email on this side and we can continue to troubleshoot through email.
