HU1015NA Humidity Sensor module and NI Elvis II+

Hello.

I am trying to use the HS15P HU1015NA Humidity Sensor module with a NI Elvis II+ board and using labview to obtain values.

I have connected the circuit as described in the datasheet. However, i am unsure on how to obtain values from the sensor.

Could anyone offer any guide lines on how to continue ?

Hi Foster,

This sensor give an output between 0-3V depending on the ambient humidity.  This output (Vout) and GND (from the sensor) need to be connected to one of the Elvis analog input channels.  Then you can either use one of the Elvis instruments that can be found in the Elvis instrument launcher or if you have LabVIEW then you will be able to open a DAQ example from the example finder.

Hi, i have tried to use a DAQ using analog input to obtain values. I am however obtaining values varying to -0.00029 and 2.7114E^5.

Is this because i am obtaining values from a incorrect output ?
