Has anyone got Rules to Wire by - Part 1?

Question says it all. I have managed to find part 2 here - http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4822 and also on the web at large.

I can't find part 1 anywhere and LTR seems to have gone out of business.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
