How to add a buffer for data stream to make sure the data length same of each channel

I encounter one issue that  the data length of each channel of data acquisition instrument(not NI hardware)  is different in VI  ,but the data store is okay,no data missing.

How can make the data length same of each channel ?  Using Buffer concept ?   Thanks !

You've posted no code and haven't even mentioned what hardware you are using. What sort of answer do you expect with so little information?
