How to scale current output?

Hello,

When you state that the two test worked, are you referring to 5 V and a 0 - 5 V sinewave from an AO to an AI?  Did testing your code (slightly modified) without the current sensing resistor work?  If so, please describe in detail how the application was setup.

For example, I output a signal varying from 1 to 5 volts on an AO and measure it differential on an AI (just like I would have after the resistor).  I was using the same code, scale and configuration settings.

If we can verify that the card is not working other than just with this code, I would suggest returning the device for repair.  However, I would like to make sure it is the card and not the current sensing setup.  Please also post your code or relavant section of code if needed.

Hi!
I used the cards 5v output going to AI and it reads 5v, It is set to RSE with no scale.
I also found out that I'm not only having problem with  my particular device. I have E/P Regulator (SMC ITV-1030) that
has a monitor output of 1-5v with .7-71psi range that causing me the same issue.
Now, regardless of what external device I use I will always get the same problem.

I'm not sure if there's a warranty on those cards we have (6259), I'm wondering if we can still return them to NI for replacement or repair.
