I also want to use labview to control keithley 2400, I want to ask how can you set the delay of each value of volt?

Are you using VISA or the Keithley 2400 instrument driver to communicate with this instrument? If you are using the Keithley instrument driver, there may or may not be a built in function and you would need to explore the set of available functions to find out if there is a function to se the delay value. If you are using VISA, you would need to check with the instruments instruction set to find out what the command should be to set this value.

Could someone help me to verify the error in my vi? It was ok with Labview 6.1. However, it shows an error: unterminated error when runing it. The error is from the reading of the data. What could be the possible reason?

You need to update your firmware revision to C30 or C32.
