Laptop doesn't re-start after Standbymode

Hi,
I installed DSC module for LabVIEW 7.1 on my laptop and now the laptop has to be shot down completely always when it was in the standby mode.
I don't have any firewalls or firewall icons on my laptop or I'm to stupid to find them.
But this problem is really irritating me.
