Moved to a new computer and now my User Libraries does not show up on function palette

I'm currently moving everything over to my new computer and I have everything done except for some LabVIEW things. Getting my function palette correct is one of these. I was able to copy over other custom tabs, but the user library does not show up. Is there something I am missing as to why it will show up under the settings, but then not in the program?

Did you copy the content of user.lib to the new computer?

Whenever I move LabVIEW to a new computer I copy the entire user.lib directory and sub-directories under it.

EXECPT the ones that start with _ (_express and _probes).

Then I delete the dir.mnu file and let LabVIEW rebuild it.

Did you copy your LabVIEW.ini file?

Well I was dumb. It was there and just hidden. When I clicked the down arrow it was there and was just not enabled to be visible.

Well, maybe it's not so dumb.  I mean, I've done that before.  Okay, so maybe it is dumb after all.  😄
