Multiple event handlers in state machine

I understand the fundamental issue or concern about having multiple event handler trying to do things. I am also realizing that the example I put together might have been a too-simplified representation of the real problem. I'm going to try to see if I can address it by using a single event handler and I'll ask again if I fail. Thanks!

These are event structures with event cases.

I would not use the term "event handler" to avoid confusion.
