That is an excellent question!  One of the nicest things about the myRIO Toolkit is the "Environment" feature that makes the Express VIs that support the myRIO functions available on the Block Diagram Palette.  When LabVIEW 2020 came out, I tried to install the (non-existant) LabVIEW 2020 myRIO Toolkit (there was no such thing), and also tried to see if the LabVIEW 2019 Toolkit could be used with LabVIEW 2020 code (the answer was "maybe", but without the handy "Environment" features.  So what about LabVIEW 2021?  That works with the myRIO LabVIEW 2021 SP1 Software Bundle, but this wasn't released until the day that LabVIEW 2022 Q3 was released!

I have not tried running LabVIEW 2022 Q3 with the myRIO LabVIEW 2021 SP1 Software Bundle, and spent several weeks struggling to build a installation that runs LabVIEW 2021 SP1 and the (much newer) myRIO LabVIEW 2021 SP1 Software Bundle.  I managed to do it "by accident" once, then after a dozen failures, replicated the installation, but I can also verify that LabVIEW 2022 Q3 (as I have installed it) does not show the specialized myRIO Environment, but LabVIEW 2021 SP1 does show it.

Some of this is explained in the Academic Hardware Product forum and I think I also posted this link somewhere in this main LabVIEW Forum.  The process is a little involved, and may require several "uninstall LabVIEW/reinstall LabVIEW" sessions.
