Programmatically Greying Out a Single Item in a Run-Time Menu

Hi There,

Is is possible to programmatically grey out (via a Property Node or whatever) a single item in a run time menu?

For example, see the attached image.  When my programme is in a certain state, I want the "Tools>Engineering Options" item to be greyed out.  The remainder of the time, I want it to be enabled.

Is there a way of doing this?
