The GPIB and Javi files were previously done for you into LabVIEW 2011. Since you have that, you can downconvert them yourself to 8.5 (File -> Save for Previous Version). Attached is Dev_util as 8.2.

Sorry, but it doesn't work! It asks me to find some files. I don't understand, but the files that you sent me are in the labview 8.2?
Please since I am a beginner in labview can't you upconvert them in 8.5?
Thank you a lot!

It is irrelevant whether the files are 8.2 or 8.5. If you are being prompted to locate some files, you need to at least provide the name of the VI you are trying to open and the names of the files you are being asked to locate.

like Dennis Knutson said, it should not be the version problem.

"But it doesn' work again!!" is a very poor description of the problem you are having. First you say it prompts you for some files but you you do not mention the files or what you are tyring to open. You previously mentioned "SMS set ramp rate" and that is a VI in one of the upconverted files. You simply have to browse for it.
