I just can gv the signal to the integral VI.Thus , how it know my time interval?

There are several integral functions (numeric Integration, Integral x(t), Integral x(t) PtbyPt) and all let you specify "dt" as input.
You need to wire this, so the VI knows the time interval. If you leave it disconnected, it is assumed to be 1.

Sorry,ican not understand u answer.i just can wire the signal only.The signal is data rght?Then how to let the Subvi know that the time interval?

Could you attach a real example?
The integrations I typically use all provide a dt input (see image).
