Should I move to another state?


I'm trying to run a vi (that works fine on it's own) in a subpanel control that's in a tab control.  This has got to be the most uninformative error message I've seen since I quit running fortran in dos.

Is the sub-vi already running somewhere else in your main vi?

 I think a VI loaded into a subpanel (this is what you are doing right?) should already be running, so run the VI (by reference/dynamically) and load the reference into the sub-panel
(all examples with subpanels will show this)
