vi missing on new laptop

Solved!
Go to solution

When I tried to open the vi in a new laptop, it report vi missing as the attached screenshot.

It seems from NIscope, so I installed it and try again, but still the same.

I am using LV2009, any suggestion, thanks.

I am using USB 5133 with general function, does I still need to install these special driver.

By comparision, the folder below is missing.

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2009\instr.lib\niScope

I manaully copied some folder but seems still some dll missing.

Accepted by topic author alex.

Instead of trying to copy the files from niScope, I think installing it would be better.

Probably you have the drivers on DVD, or you can download them from the NI website: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1492/lang/en

ah, I see you've got the same idea Smiley Happy

Since you're installing anyway you might want to use NI-SCOPE 3.6.
