Hi:

 the problem is like this: i used the scope function in my program, then i made it into a executable file . but when i copy in to another computer and run the executable file , it need to load the niscope_32.dll file

but where can i find the niscope_32.dll file?

You shouldn't simply copy the exe to a new pc. You should create an installer that not only has the runtime engine, but the NI-Scope driver.
