Hi Adrian,
how to using this device with analog input output and digital input output (see fourth picture) without DB25
Replace that DB25 connector (which probably was choosen for simplicity of the connection) by wires/connectors of your choice. I talk about real copper wires!
(That "DB25" is nothing special. It's just a standard connector with 1-one-1 connection between both ends of the cable.)
for connected to my plant especially using wireless?
The USB600x are not made for "wireless" operation. Point.

as you can see we use DB-25 for connecting to my circuit in third picture.

You're fixated on the DB25 connector, but it's really irrelevant here. You didn't say how many digital and analog inputs and outputs you're using or the analog voltage ranges, so I'm just going to suggest you look at these two links:

The keywords to search for are "wireless cable replacement". You'd need to get enough of these modules to cover all of the analog and digital signals you're using. Now if it were me, I would simplify things by getting rid of the USB-6009, and replace it with something that combines DAQ with wireless, like one of these:

if we can't do "wireless method" with USB-6009. can we use TCP/IP method with USB-6009?
