ATTR_DIMMED (ring items)

Hello,

I am confused (getting old)... I want to dim the last item in a ring control.

I had this in my wish list and according to my book keeping it was not yet implemented, at least I could not figure out how to accomplish it. On the other hand, the release notes of CVI2012 claim on page 9 that this attribute has been added...

Who can help?

Effectively as of CVI2012 you can use SetRingItemAttribute (panelHandle, PANEL_RING, index, ATTR_DIMMED, 1); on a ring item to dim it. You can also hide it or print in bold.

It has never occurred to me! 

...and apparently also the person in charge of that idea has missed it!
