Can't access referenced KB article

I'm trying to access a knowledgebase article referenced in a thread on USB.  The article link is http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/78BF4FCD3F607283862572B4005BC779?OpenDocument.  When I try to follow the link I get a message saying I'm not authorized to view this content.

The KB article didn't appear all that helpful, but I think the link to the "USB Instrument Control Tutorial" is exactly what I need.  I'll have to parse that in more detail to be sure.
