I am trying to build a distribution. I have LabWindows/CVI installed both in my laptop and in a lab PC. The distribution gets built when using the lab PC. The building process gets instead stuck at \temp\template.ini when I try to use my laptop. The only way to terminate the building then is to kill the process via the task manager (even the "abort build" gets then stuck and I have to kill it via the task manager).
In both computers I have LabWindows 9.0 and they both generate the build log file attached.
When I check the module dependencies I get the following message "all necessary merge module found" + a green light.
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
For instance it might be the issue with the installation on your laptop. Try repair the installation or do a re-install.

Hi
I have just tried to repair LabWindows/CVI but the problems seems to be still there. I will now try to re-install. Is it worth going through the MSI Blast procedure first?

Hi,
I would suggest you to run the MSI Blast first then do the reinstallation.

Hi,
I have uninstalled everything related to Ni software with MSI Blast + followed the steps in the pdf document found in this forum to remove also some registry entries.
I can get the ditribution to build now.
Thanks for your help!
