What version of Lookout/MAX are you using? Are you trying to view the traces through MAX? Are you getting a specific error message or are you just not getting any data. We may be able to rebuild the index file, but some more information will be helpful. Thanks!

Interesting. If you right-click on the database and select properties are you able to retrieve any information? Does it say it has any pages/traces?

It's not sure what's wrong with the database. You should see some traces if it is okay. I notice that there is a red alarm on bottom right corner which should be green if it is fine.
Could you zip all the database files and upload to ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming?
Let me try to read the database.

The database is fine. See my attached screenshot. I can view the traces.
Try to remove the database in MAX, right click on it and select delete. Just remove it from the tree but leave the data. Then create a new database with the folder in MAX.

Okay, I've got two other databases that I can't get it to work on. Can you take a look at these? I tried to extract onto my local machine, but it didn't work this time.
