Lookout 4.5.1 application has been running for 6+ years. Now getting alarm "logging buffer is full". Is it safe to assume a corrupted database?

Follow it to increase those two parameters first. Try to restart the Citadel service. If the error still exists, it's safe to assume a corrupted database.
