hypertrend breaks occasionally

Hello,

I have an unexplained problem with hypertrend in Lookout 6.2. Like you can see in the attached picture, trend breaks in random moment and start again after some time.

So values are not 0, but there's no data at all. Application wasn't shuted down, PC wasn't shuted down.

Ass you can see the PC is running for 63 days without turning off.

What could cause this to happened? It happened several times in last month. 

Any idea?

This happens if there is a communications failuer (COMMFAIL) on the driver object or if the quality reading goes bad.  Can happen even if the system has been up for 50 years...

Verify communications.  Log the update and failure parameters.

Will check with the user if there was communication failure. I just wonder could it be some problem with the database.

Only database problems I have noticed are random traces missing ,usually not all traces missing and restarting at the same time.

One trace missing 1 hour, trace 2 missing 3 hours, trace 3 missing 3 days, etc.
