Dark point between pixels

Hi 

I am using frame grabber card PCIe-1924 with IMPERX camera which are completely setup for age in my lab. In my project, I need only capturing still images.

After I try capturing the image (or video), a number of dark pixels are appeared between each pixel (see picture). So, these dark pixels greatly reduce the quality of the images.

Do you know what they are and How can I remove them? I think it some simple setting can solve this problem easily.

Thank you for the possible solution. You maybe right about monochrome or color camera. I have to check the whole system again.
